Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery methods for your convenience:

Important: To receive your DTF transfers the next day, ensure your order is placed by noon and select the Royal Mail Next-Day Tracked option at checkout.
How to Use DTF Transfers
Step 1: Order Your Transfers
Purchase your custom DTF transfers from DTFWholesale.co.uk.
Step 2: Prepare the Fabric
- Pre-press the fabric to eliminate wrinkles and moisture using a heat press at 160°C (320°F) for 5-10 seconds.
- Position the fabric on the heat press base, ensuring it is smooth and flat.
Step 3: Transfer the Design
- Place the DTF transfer sheet with the design side facing down onto the fabric.
- (Optional) Secure the sheet with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement.
- Cover the sheet with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper to protect the transfer.
Step 4: Heat Press the Design
- Close the heat press and apply firm pressure at 160°C (320°F) for 10 seconds.
Step 5: Peel Off the Film
- Our transfers are hot peel, so carefully remove the DTF film instantly after pressing. The design should now be on the fabric.
- If the design isn’t fully transferred, press again for a second.
Step 6: Final Touch
- For extra durability, re-press the transferred design with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper for another 5-10 seconds.
- Let the fabric cool completely before handling.

- Ensure the heat press maintains consistent temperature and pressure.
- Test the transfer process on a sample fabric before production to perfect your technique.
- Store DTF transfers in a cool, dry environment to preserve their quality.
