Usage Instructions For 1kg DTF Wholesale Black Block Glue Powder:

  1. Print: Mirror your design and print onto the matte side of the DTF film using DTF inks.
  2. Apply Powder: Evenly coat the printed design with the black block glue powder, ensuring complete coverage.
  3. Cure: Melt the powder by hovering under a heat press at 170°C (338°F) for approximately 5 minutes or using a curing oven at 300-315°F for 1 minute.
  4. Transfer: Place the film onto the garment and heat press at 330°F (165°C) for 15 seconds with medium pressure.
  5. Peel: After pressing, wait 4-6 seconds, then gently peel off the film.
  6. Cure Again: Heat press the garment again at 330°F (165°C) for 5-10 seconds to enhance durability and soften the hand feel.

Storage Guidelines:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Keep the container tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption.
